Why should I use a personal trainer if i already work out on my own?
A trainer can help motivate and educated you so that you do not waste your time, energy and other resources doing things that do not work. With your trainer you will do what works for YOU which will help you achieve your goals much faster.
How often should I meet with the trainer?
This depends on your goals, your schedule and your budget. On average clients do best when they meet with a trainer 2-4 times per week The more frequently you meet, the faster you will achieve results and reach your goals.
Will a trainer put me on a diet or expect me to change my lifestyle?
While personal trainers are very generally knowledgeable regarding nutrition it is important remember that they are not licensed dietitians. Your trainer will discuss nutrition based on your goals remember, being healthy and achieving low body fat requires both nutrition and working out.
